Quick answer
Under the Chief is not porn in its free episodes and has no category on Candy Shorts, which places it at the Mild level. Harriet, a self-conscious office assistant, is pulled into the on-call room by the chief of surgery for what he calls training, with a head nurse who wants her sacked standing right outside. Three Premium episodes cost 12 tokens each on Candy AI.
Every character is an adult (18+) and fictional, created with AI. No real people, no filmed footage.
Hospital politics
Harriet Seagrave is the assistant: Candy AI presents her as 20, awkward, and not expecting any attention from the most senior surgeon in the building. She gets it anyway, behind a locked door, while the head nurse who would love an excuse to fire her paces the corridor.
How bold it gets
No category, so a Mild rating. The charge comes from the power gap and the risk of being caught, not from anything displayed in the free episodes: a chief's attention, an assistant who does not know what to do with it, and a rival on the other side of the door.
Episodes three to five are Premium, behind a Candy AI account at 12 tokens each or 36 for the three. What the paid episodes show, we do not know; Candy AI presents them as the continuation of the story.

Who it suits
Viewers who like an underdog lead and a workplace with hierarchy. It fits among the Mild series, and the medical setting has a cousin in Mum Got Sick On Our Holiday. For another power-gap story without the hospital, try Our Host Is Riley Reid.
Where to watch Under the Chief
